I think people should eat real food instead of this bar. It was horrible tasting and made me feel really bloated.
I made a big mistake and thought it was a meal replacement because of the amount of calories it has.
I wouldnt have given it any stars , but the review made me give 1 star. Eat real food!!

The apple is good, and I like the other fruit flavors too.
But I ended up using them all in the variety pack. And these really work, if you use them right. I carry one in my purse, and follow the directions. I think the people that say it doesn’t fill them up are not actually drinking water like the directions tell you to do.
I usually take 16 ounces of water (a water bottle) and drink the whole thing with the fullbar.
It’s not a super-fast way to lose, but I hate diet pills because they make me feel so jittery and make me sick to my stomach. I lost 6 pounds in one month. And they help with your regularity, because of all the fiber and water. That’s pretty good for me. I’m happy with the result.

I tried these only to survey them as I am not overweight.
My overweight neighbors tried them to lose weight. They are expensive and don’t help you lose weight as the claim says, or even “get full”.
All it is is a nutrition bar. They are high in Carbohydrates (30g), about 175 Calories (20 fat Calories).
You are just better off eating regularly, or if on a weight loss diet, add two extra small servings of Carbohydrates (rice, noodles, bread and other grain-based products + fruits + glasses of water) to your regular meals throughout the day so you aren’t as hungry. It’s the same thing as the FullBar but cheaper.
There is no weight loss without exercise or by cutting back on your food intake.
