weight loss pictures Archives

You have just got to love the British tabloids. When it comes to weight loss they cover the subject like they are on a yo-yo diet themselves.

church 150x150 Should we be praying over Charlotte Churchs Weight Loss? The latest example is Charlotte Church seen in many recent weight loss pictures like the one here. The 24-year old singer is rightfully known as having the “Voice of an Angel.” Proof of her popularity in the United Kingdom is that she was again near the top of the Rich List earning $11 million pounds last year.

Charlotte is currently one of the celebrity judges on the British television talent show, “Over the Rainbow.” The show is searching for the next Dorothy to star in the upcoming Andrew Lloyd Webber musical theatre production.

The Sun, one of the most popular British tabloids says Charlotte Church’s rapid weight loss is a major talking point among staffers connected with the show. Reports say she has dropped from a size 16 to a size 6. She was listed as a size 8 as recently as March. This weight loss comes after giving birth last year to her second child, Dexter.

The price of fame is costly to Church no matter how much she earns. Good or bad, her weight loss images are all over the U.K. As a result of a major weight gain, she was written about in the tabloids for being unhealthy. Now that she has lost a significant amount of weight, she is again the subject of health concern rumors. The question frequently being asked is, “Has Charlotte Church gone too far in her weight loss?”

Church is renowned for her yo-yo battle with her weight. Instead of denying the widespread rumors of her binge-eating habits that sparked her weight gain, Charlotte recently appeared on the BBC to confess the secret to her weight loss was eating less than she used to in the past. The weight loss pictures of her looking sexy in a black dress are everywhere. She told talk-show host Jonathan Ross, “I don’t think I’ve ever been this thin.”

Charlotte Church is engaged to Welsh rugby star, Gavin Henson. The couple has been together for nearly five years. They are reportedly planning to have a beach wedding ceremony in July. Church says she has a great guy who is not at all obsessed with her weight. If only she could say that about the tabloids.

sex and the city 2 300x246 THE LATEST SKINNY ON SEX AND THE CITY 2

Hollywood loves these kinds of stories. It is especially fond of them when they come out just before new movies are released. They offer free promotion for movie premieres. And ultimately they sell tickets. So, it would appear Sex and the City 2 seems to be in pretty good shape for its upcoming release. Here’s why.

The British tabloids are happy, too. They like to print stories about weight loss. Now they are again being fed another big, fat juicy one. Actually, they are feasting on the anticipation of Sex and the City 2. In particular, they are hungry to share all of the gossip they can get on Sarah Jessica Parker’s alleged “shocking” weight loss.

The News of the World reports that Sarah Jessica Parker is obsessed with exercise and is looking skeletal while out and about in New York City. They quote pals and insiders who say she now has an extreme exercise routine that includes an hour of pilates every day. It is said to be because she is so stressed out and desperate to stay in shape. These pals claim it is causing the formation of bulging veins in the arms and hands of the star actress and is wreaking havoc on her body. Thus, those who love her are concerned about her health.

Sarah Jessica Parker and her star actor husband Matthew Broderick have a 7-year old son, and also twin 10-month old daughters from a surrogate mother. She would have celebrated (or not celebrated) her 45th birthday on March 25. Age is to blame say the British tabloids. They are reporting Parker is now down to wearing a size zero and that her obsession with weight loss is based on being paranoid about getting old. They say she believes if she is able to stay thin, that she will be able to stay on top of that. Old Father Time will surely prove otherwise.

The star actress always seems to be fair game for the tabloids due to the popularity of the HBO series, Sex and the City. Then there are also all of the never-ending references to her looking like a horse in real-life. Currently, Sarah Jessica Parker is of renewed interest in Great Britain since she is now getting ready to promote Sex and the City 2 which opens in movie theatres there on May 28, 2010.

Addictions and Your Weight

Hi everybody,

I just wanted to let you know I have another blog up and running. This one has to do with the subject of addiction treatment. It’s not necessarily about weight loss but that’s okay. Addictions to drugs, alcohol, and even smoking cigarettes can have an effect on your weight. Besides, we also know that addictions to food are real. If you have a minute and want to check it out, the new website is: http://www.rehabisfab.com.

The importance of water is one of the most misunderstood or misrepresented weight loss pictures. To many Americans, the importance of water is not too important.

The human body is mostly water. Though it is always changing, up to 75% of your body’s weight is made up of H2O. The majority of the water in you is located within the cells of the body. The other locations include the blood vessels and spaces between cells.

It seems the typical American today either does not know or does not care about the human need for water. Otherwise dehydration would not be so common among Americans. Dehydration is the condition when the amount of water exiting your body is greater than the amount being taken in to your body.

Ways Your Body Loses Water:

  • When you perspire (to cool your body).
  • When you urinate or have a bowel movement (to remove waste).
  • When you breathe and humidified air exits your body.

Reasons You Fail to Take in Water:

  • You do not eat enough fruits and vegetables.
  • You eat too much of processed foods.
  • You drink too much alcohol.
  • You drink too many caffeinated beverages.

*Caffeinated beverages and alcohol not only are missed opportunities to take in water, but they actually cause water to exit your body.

The Clear Weight Loss Pictures about Dehydration.
If you are dehydrated your body is forced to compensate for it. It tries to protect you by retaining excess water. So you can see right there that this action in and of itself can be responsible for some of your excess weight. In addition, when you are dehydrated, your body’s metabolism is significantly lower than if you were hydrated.

Dehydration is a factor in many of your body’s ailments. It is often behind feelings of fatigue, too. Your doctor will tell you there’s a good chance that you eat when you think you are hungry but you really are not. You mistake the messages or requests from your body for more water.

Water Helps You Paint the Weight Loss Pictures You Want.            Start to paint your new weight loss pictures by starting your day with drinking water. Make it a habit. Room temperature water is best. Yeah I know, this means before you drink your first cup of coffee.

Make a conscious effort to drink water throughout the day. And eat more fruits and vegetables. They are water dense foods.

Eat when you are sure you are hungry. Eat when you know you should. At all other times, try drinking a glass of water instead. This will usually do the trick in taking care of any false hunger pangs. Drinking water will surely help you to lose a few extra pounds.

Are You Allergic to Weight Loss?

Are you having trouble seeing the weight loss pictures of your dreams come to life? Are you stuck in the before phase of the before and after weight loss photos you hope to create? If you are like many other people, one of the reasons for your lack of weight loss success could very well be food allergies.

Surely allergies are not the first weight loss images that come to mind. This is a matter you probably do not think about much. However, having undiagnosed allergies to certain foods can be a major obstacle in reaching or maintaining your ideal weight. But now there appears to be progress in getting through or around the food allergy obstacle.

Not all foods you think are good or healthy for you actually are. One of the reasons for that is you may have unknown allergies to them. Food allergies can be the hidden cause that creates a number of health problems for you. For example, food allergies can lead to migraines, skin reactions, fatigue, arthritis, and of course, weight gain and obesity.

From Europe to Cleveland – An Allergy-Friendly Weight Loss Diet.

The Cleveland Clinic is one of the most prestigious medical institutions in the United States and perhaps the world. Doctors there say they are experiencing real success helping patients to modify and improve their personal nutritional programs and diets in order to lose weight.

There is no cookie cutter approach at the Cleveland Clinic. Every person who becomes a client is given a customized approach for treatment specifically designed for their needs. Clients provide a blood sample for the purpose of investigating intolerances to foods. You could call it a kind of food allergy test. Maybe someone finds they are lactose intolerant. Maybe wheat works against their system. Then, if issues are identified, doctors work with patients on choosing and implementing successful food substitutes to change eating habits.

One of the diets growing in popularity around Cleveland, Ohio is the Immunohealth Three D diet. It has been practiced in parts of Europe since the 1990’s. While the program has a number of followers, it is much easier on the stomach than it is on your wallet, costing significantly more than other weight loss programs.

If you cannot get to Cleveland or you cannot afford the Three D Diet, check with your doctor if you suspect you might have food allergies. Your doctor can help you identify problems and come up with successful food substitutes to help you get more on track to seeing the weight loss pictures you want.

I hope you do not react the way most people do. Here is the truth. I have never had a cup of coffee in my life. Few can believe that or even relate to it. Next, whenever I follow up that comment by telling someone I was addicted to Diet Mountain Dew, they usually laugh. But I am totally serious.  When I tell others how much I drank of it, they stop laughing. Then comes the amazement.

The sad truth of the matter is I was one highly caffeinated human being. I was drinking, guzzling, or sipping between 4 and 6 liters of Diet Mountain Dew on any given day.

Let me be more accurate, I did this every given day. For those of you who are metric challenged, that means I was downing two to three of the largest bottles every day.

I would Do the Dew first thing in the morning. I would continue all day long. I used to joke about getting an IV pole with the spinning wheels. I could hoist a 2 liter bottle up there and just enjoy a slow drip all day, every day. Sometimes I would slam Diet Pepsi too. But that became like kid stuff. There was not nearly enough rocket fuel in it.

I got to a really pathetic point in my addiction.

I could even drink Diet Mountain Dew late at night and still manage to sleep for a few hours. Clearly, the situation was out of hand. But I kept putting off facing it. I just kept trying to have enough energy to get through working crazy hours, keeping up with my little boy, and doing everything else that came up, expected or unexpected.

The Reality of Aspartame Tamed Me Immediately.

When I was talked to about the dangers of the chemical food additive known as aspartame, I decided I was done Doing the Dew. It contains aspartame. Do a Google search on aspartame and the number of negatives you find will absolutely blow your mind. Then, be diligent in looking at labels of the things you drink and the things you eat. If you can, stay away from aspartame.

There are even detoxification programs specifically for overcoming aspartame. I have not used any of them. But I doubt if they could actually work anywhere nearly as fast and effectively as what I used to undo my Diet Mountain Dew addiction.

I used ModeraXL to help quit my addiction.

I became familiar with this product through my work. Yes, I knew it is an addiction solution. But it is designed for street drugs and pharmaceutical drugs, alcohol, and smoking cessation. It’s not designed for addiction to diet soda. Yet it sure did the trick for quickly putting the lid on mine. Let me explain.

I am a strong-willed fella. In November 2009, I made up my mind I was quitting my addiction to diet soda. I did not know how I was going to accomplish this goal or what it would be like. I just knew I would do it. There was no denying my dedication to stop immediately. And so I did.

Then Came the Headaches.

I suffered caffeine withdrawal headaches that were brutal. I couldn’t function when they hit. I wanted to curl up into the fetal position and cry. The first time I decided to take ModeraXL for relief, it was nothing shy of spectacular. I opened the stick pack, poured it into a glass of water and drank it. Next, within one to two minutes, my headache was gone. It wasn’t better. It wasn’t tolerable. It was gone. Amazing. Had to be a fluke I thought.

I was wrong. Each time I got whacked upside the head by caffeine withdrawal from my addicted brain, I took ModeraXL. Each time I got tremendous relief right away. Six months later, I can proudly report I have had no relapse. No slip up. No aspartame. No Diet Mountain Dew. Not a single drop.

Diet soda isn’t great for your diet. If you’ve got an addiction to it, maybe you’ll have the same success I did in getting free from caffeine. If you want to check it out for yourself, go to http://www.moderaxl.com
