It is important to understand that for you to be successful that you need to follow the diet exactly as it states because it takes some time to get used to the way you eat. When Dr. Atkins first came out with the diet it was revolutionary to think that you could have a diet that was so high in fat and promoted high consumptions of meat and cheese. <br/><br/>Learn how to find the:  Best Diet Plan <br/><br/>In the first two weeks of the diet you are allowed to only intake a maximum of 20 grams of carbs. When you have maintained this low card intake for the two week period then you can increase your cards by 5 grams a week. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>  <br/><br/>Hi, I have been someone who has struggled with my weight my entire life. I am 40 years old now and it is harder then ever to get fit. In High school I was a wrestler, football player, and baseball player. I knew how to work out, however even then I could not control my weight. As I got older the worst it got. By the time I got to 30 I knew I had to do something about it. I went on a very strict diet with no carbs and boy did I loose weight. I thought I found the answer to my prayers. But like anything else I fell off the diet and boy did I pack on the pounds, as a matter of fact I lost 45 pounds during the diet and gained 75 pounds after I fell off the diet. By this time in my life I was 38 years old and was starting to notice health issues because of my weight gain. I stood up and said that this was it I am going to be dead soon if I do not get control now. So I started doing some internet investigating and fit tv investigating and found that if you exercise and eat a well rounded diet you will succeed. The first thing I realized is that if you want to loose weight to live you need to watch what you eat. Now I know everyone says I don&#8217;t want to count calories, fat, sodium, cholesterol and so on, but you know what no one wants to be obese either. The first thing you should always do is look at what you eat everyday and that is what you are going to be looking like. If you eat French fries, mayonnaise, greasy foods your going to be a greasy looking french fry. Also find the foods that you like as well. If you like oranges eat oranges. <br/><br/>This brings me to the next topic exercise. This word is the hardest action for everyone to do. This word literally makes people give up before they start. I learned long ago in my youth how to work out, but things are different now and I need to do this on my own. For me I started exercising and stretching routines at least 4 times a week. At first I was stiff and sore but I worked through it. Plus you start feeling an unbelievable feeling of strength and flexibility that I had not even felt in my youth. I eventually got to the point of everyday, taking a day off here and there. The bottom line is you need to do it for yourself and find a program that works for you. You have to exercise your mind as well. You have to have the will to do it or you will be struggling with weight for the rest of your life. <br/><br/>To summarize: First I would learn how to control my eating and learn to eat the foods that are healthy for my body and soul. Second I would find the exercise program that I enjoy doing and will not quit. If you just do these two things I promise you will be the new you that you have been wanting forever. <br/><br/></p>

Losing weight depends on your body’s energy consumption, right? So all you have to do is exceed or increase your energy usage so that your body would burn more of its stored fat to supply the energy you need. This means that not only would you need a good diet plan; you would also need to exercise regularly. <br/><br/>Depending on your average food intake, you might not even need a change in diet but instead would only need more regular exercise sessions to help burn off the excess fat. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Loosing weight can be a real battle, and until I became a hypnotherapist, I didn&#8217;t realise there were so many different reasons why people have challenges loosing weight. Some of the reason I have discovered are far from the obvious eating too much, eating the wrong foods, eating the wrong quantities and lack of exercise. There is also comfort eating, self sabotage, limiting beliefs, poor self esteem and bad self image to consider.<br />
What I have done to make my weight loss programme as effective as possible is to initially provide a free consultation. It seems to me that if you&#8217;re going to share your true thoughts and feelings with someone, you need to be completely comfortable with that person first. So the free consultation give people the option to meet me and then say, yes, I can work with you (which mostly they do) or no thanks, you&#8217;re just not my cup of tea.<br />
Between that appointment and the next time I see them, I ask them to do a food diary. Far being from me to patronise, generally people know what&#8217;s good for them, however, sometimes seeing it in black and white gives them the nudge that reminds them, they&#8217;re not really doing themselves any favours in their diet. If it is the case that their diet is poor, I remind them of the health problems that arise as a result of an unhealthy diet.<br />
Then it gets very individual, for example, there are NLP and Hypnotherapy techniques that would be more appropriate for some rather than others. For those that have an internal conflict (I can loose weight, no I can&#8217;t) there is a process called a parts integration that I may use. For those with disempowering beliefs, I may use a belief change. For those with a bad habit, I may use hypnosis&#8230;the list goes on. And I think it&#8217;s pleasant for people to know that the therapy is very much tailored to meet their individual needs.<br />
Now, people do not keep coming to see me until they&#8217;ve reached their desired weight, that simply isn&#8217;t necessary. They just need to get to the stage where they know exactly what to do to loose the weight and they know like they know their own name that it is absolutely going to happen, that they will keep going until they do. For most people, that&#8217;s anything between 2 and 6 sessions, each lasting 1 hour.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So many people are paying more and more attention to loosing weight, especially belly fat.  Unfortunately most people don&#8217;t understand the truth about the science of weight loss.  One of the most dangerous and counter-productive habits many people have when trying to loose weight is to work out and then cut back on calories&#8230; almost to a fast.<br />
To work out and not feed your body is can be devastating.  After you have finished with an intense workout, your body  enters what is called  a catabolic state.  This is where your muscle glycogen is depleted and increased cortisol levels are beginning to excessively break down muscle tissue.  If left unfed your body will seek the energy it needs from the muscles that you are trying to build.  The most important meal of the day is the meal you eat immediately after your work out.<br />
The keys to loosing weight fast is a proper intense workout and proper nutrition.  In some cases this may require you to cut back on your intake (this will depend on what your eating habits were like prior to deciding to loose weight).  The biggest factor is not so much how much you eat, but what you choose to eat and when.<br />
An intense workout will not only build and tone your muscle structure but when done properly will shock your body into a fat burning &#8220;after burner&#8221; state that will continue to burn calories long after you&#8217;ve left the gym.  Also remember that the more muscle weight you have the more calories your body will burn throughout the day.<br />
It&#8217;s important to choose a meal that is easily digestible with quick carbs to replenish muscle glycogen as well as quickly digestible protein to provide the amino acids needed to jump start muscular repair.
