In sentencing Sarcona yesterday, U.S. District Judge Kenneth Marra said, “The number of victims in this case is astronomical. They got a product but they don’t have a product that I think is worth anything.”

A defiant Sarcona wearing his jailhouse blues admitted no wrongdoing to the judge in claiming, “People like me champion dietary supplements. Everything I’ve done, I’ve done with the intent to help, not to defraud. I believe in the products I sell.”
